At Mobile Kings, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how our refund process works:

Returns & Refunds

You may return an item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For faulty or defective items, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under your statutory consumer rights.

Used or refurbished devices are covered by our warranty. If a fault arises during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund where applicable.

Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to:

Digital products, software, or downloads

Accessories (e.g. screen protectors, cases, earphones) once packaging has been opened

Repairs where damage is caused by further misuse after collection
